We try to utilize PayPal for our invoicing. This way we do not have credit card numbers of our clients on file. If you do not have a PayPal account, it only takes about two minutes to set one up. Unless other arrangements are made, we bill through PaPal for the entire reservation upon guaranteed booking.
All reservations are paid using USD.
If cancellation is made at least 6 weeks in advance of arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is not made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, deposit is non-refundable. Holiday dates are not refundable. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate you at a later date. Special circumstances may be considered.
All expenses at the resort may only be paid using USD, Pesos or via PayPal. Due to the remoteness of the resort, credit card services are not available. However, we do have internet access on-site, so PayPal is welcome at the resort. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Exchange rate for payment at the resort using PayPal or US dollars is 10 pesos to one dollar. Best exchange rates are usually at an ATM first, then a Mexican bank (at present, maximum $1500USD exchanged at a time), then Casa de Cambio. All extended stay food and beverage bills—add 15% gratuity.
