HOTEL POLICIES

Reservation Policy:

If you book online you can utilize your Credit Card. If we book your stay manually we utilize Credit Cards and PayPal for our invoicing. If we send a PayPal Invoice you may use your Credit Card or a PayPal fund already established. If you do not have a PayPal account, it only takes about two minutes to set one up. Unless other arrangements are made, we bill through PayPal for the entire reservation upon guaranteed booking.

All reservations are paid using USD plus taxes.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is not made at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Holiday dates are not refundable. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate you at a later date.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed

Other Information:

All expenses at the resort may only be paid using USD, Pesos, Credit Cards or PayPal.  Exchange rate for payment at the resort using PayPal or US dollars is less than the exchange rate for the dollar.  Best exchange rates are usually at an ATM first, then a Mexican bank (at present, maximum $1500USD exchanged at a time), then Casa de Cambio. All extended stay food and beverage bills—add 15% gratuity.
